  • We're happy to. For a flat fee, one of our stagers will do a 60-minute assessment. She will ask lots of questions, and follow up with suggestions for what to remove and what to keep, and how to arrange what's left.

  • Yes, we often work with clients who will be living in their home while it is on the market—these are called Occupied Stagings. We do have some ground rules for occupied stagings — we won’t bring in any white furniture, and we ask that you don’t eat or drink on our couches and chairs 😉. We’ll also bring in crisp bedding and fluffy white towels that can be taken out only for photos and showings, and share photos illustrating how they should be set up.

  • We have pets ourselves, and though we love our cats and dogs fiercely, we know the damage they can inflict on furniture and textiles…. So it is an Urban Staging policy that we do not bring staging goods into homes where pets live.

  • We are happy to work with you if you’d like input on the pieces we pull for your staging. We will add a 10% fee to your proposal for this service.

  • We love to welcome visitors to our warehouse! We’re located at 70 Degraw St. in Brooklyn, right on the waterfront with amazing views of lower Manhattan. The closest train is the F/G to Carroll, and if you’re driving there is plenty of street parking. We hold a number of events throughout the year, so be sure you join our mailing list for all invites and updates.
