The downstairs unit was Occupied, so we employed the help of Urban Clarity to help our client declutter and put some furniture in storage. We did a partial staging, helping style her apartment to appeal to buyers of all kinds. 

The upstairs unit was Vacant and hadn’t undergone the same renovations as the downstairs unit. We coordinated painters, carpet removal, hardwood floor installation, window treatments, and light fixture changes before bringing in a complete staging for every room. We paid careful attention to the outdoor spaces that made this townhouse a rare find, using real plants to bring them to life.
